Actual Chohán del Primer Rayo Azul, es el Logos Solar de la Estrella Sirio, la más brillante de la constelación de Cannis Mayor. Él es la fuente de origen de la mente del Logos. Sus energías llegan a la tierra por medio del Plano Mental Cósmico y ahora es la primera vez que se están percibiendo en la tierra, energizadas por cada uno de los “Siete Rayos”. El Sensible Señor Sol Sirio realiza la función del “Cristo Interno” de nuestros Dioses Soles Helios y Vesta. Él es el Señor Solar de las Iniciaciones Cósmicas, porque nuestra Jerarquía Espiritual de Shamballa está bajo Su supervisión y control espiritual magnético y Él es quien permite que humildemente se abran las puertas de la Ascensión o Quinta Iniciación a todo aquel que ha sido entrenado bajo la tutela del Maestro Serapis Bey en el Templo de Luxor. Shamballa es una correspondencia de Su sagrada Logia Siriana. Tener este Ser en la Jerarquía Espiritual de la Tierra es un privilegio inusitado, y sucede con la finalidad de acelerar la evolución del planeta Tierra que se encuentra atrasado, aligerando el proceso de “Ascensión”, porque debe enderezar su eje y pasar a la órbita que actualmente ocupa el planeta Venus y luego a la del planeta Bella. El Sensible Señor Sol Sirio aceptó dar esta efusión a la Tierra con su Ser, por solicitud de nuestro Amado Logos Planetario, el Señor Gautama, y los Amados Dioses Soles “Helios y Vesta”, junto a “Alfa y Omega”, para asegurar el amparo del planeta después de concluido en 1972 el despliegue del Plan de Salvación surgido para socorrer a la Tierra de la “Emergencia Cósmica” en el año 1952. El Sensible Señor Sol Sirio es un Ser de tal magnitud que trabaja con la Sagrada Triangulación Cósmica de los Siete Rishis de la Osa Mayor y las Siete Divinas Pléyades y su influencia beneficia a todos los seres humanos, pero sólo es percibida a nivel de las Presencias Yo Soy o si se tienen los logros exigidos para la “Tercera Iniciación”. El Pensamiento-Forma del Sensible Señor Sirio es un gigantesco diamante cristal con radiación azul. Todo diamante es un foco de Su radiación. Su Llave Tonal se encuentra dentro de "Cosmos", del compositor contemporáneo Vangelis. La llave tonal de su Retiro y su Santa Hermandad Siriana se encuentra en la obra “Sirius”, dentro del álbum “Eye in the Sky”, de Alan Parsons. Aunque estoy de retiro por unos días, forma parte de ese recogimiento la meditación y precisamente la del 2 de Agosto dia del Festival de la Luna Llena de Agosto del Sensible Señor Sirio según lo revela el Maestro El Tibetano.
El Sensible Señor Sirio es el actual Chohán del Primer Rayo Azul, que es el Logos Solar de la Estrella Sirio, la más brillante de la constelación de Cannis Mayor y de toda la bóveda estelar nocturna. El es conocido como el “Señor de la Sensibilidad” dentro del Centro Corazón de nuestro “Gran Sol Espiritual Central”.
El Sensible Señor Sol Sirio es un Ser de tal magnitud que trabaja con la Sagrada Triangulación Cósmica de los Siete Rishis de la Osa Mayor y las Siete Divinas Pléyades y su influencia beneficia y bendice a todos los seres humanos.
La radacion de los Siete Rishis de la Osa Mayor que es la influencia cosmica de los Siete Rayos, el Gran, Gran, Gran Sol Espiritual Central y las Siete Jeraquias Creadoras fluye a la tierra, abriendose paso por Alaska. Debido a esto Alaska sostiene en su bandera el delinemaiento de esta constelacion, hecho que oculta parte del divino proposito de esta tierra polar.
Todo esto se comunica para que se visualice la tierra unificada, cesando toda divicion, sobre todo en los Grupos Espirituales y todo aquel que se ha dividido vuelva y los Grupos sepan abrir la puerta con el debido olvido de agravios. Como dice la Gran Invocacion: Que el olvido de agravios, por parte de todos los hombres, sea la tónica de esta época. Por favor recuerden esto, repitanlo en sus mentes y visualicen a todos los hijos volviendo al seno de sus padres, tal vez no para quedarse pero si para reconciliarse.
Según revela el Maestro el Tibetano, el Festival del Sensible Señor Sol Sirio se celebra en la Luna Llena del mes de Agosto. Recuérdese que la influencia de la radiación de la Luna llena es 24 horas antes y 24 horas después, donde es posible, cada quien de acuerdo a su evolución, realizar por medio de la Visualización en Meditación, el contacto con el Poderoso y Radiante Sensible Señor Sirio y la triangulación que El conforma con la Osa Mayor y la Pléyades. Este día, si es posible, se puede realizar una actividad con el grupo: explicar quien es el Señor Sirio y la Triangulación de su Ser con los Rishis de la Osa Mayor y las Pléyades y realizar la Gran Invocación completa, visualizando la Constelación de la Osa Mayor, la Estrella Sirio y la de las Pléyades emanando su luminosidad a la tierra, al país donde se vive, la ciudad, el Grupo y cada persona en particular. Luego recitar su decreto y el DECALOGO DEL SENSIBLE SEÑOR SIRIO.

Although I am retiring for a few days, meditation is part of that gathering and precisely that of August 2, the day of the August Full Moon Festival of the Sensitive Sir Sirius as revealed by the Master The Tibetan.
The Sensitive Lord Sirius is the current Chohan of the First Blue Ray, which is the Solar Logos of the Syrian Star, the brightest in the constellation of Cannis Major and the entire night star vault. He is known as the "Lord of Sensitivity" within the Heart Center of our "Great Central Spiritual Sun."
The Sensitive Lord Sun Sirius is a Being of such magnitude that he works with the Sacred Cosmic Triangulation of the Seven Rishis of the Big Dipper and the Seven Divine Pleiades and his influence benefits and blesses all human beings.
The ration of the Seven Rishis of the Big Dipper which is the cosmic influence of the Seven Rays, the Great, Great, Great Central Spiritual Sun and the Seven Creative Hierarchies flows to the earth, making its way through Alaska. Because of this, Alaska holds the delineation of this constellation on its flag, a fact that hides part of the divine purpose of this polar land.
All this is communicated so that the unified earth is visualized, ceasing all division, especially in the Spiritual Groups and everyone who has divided returns and the Groups know how to open the door with the due forgetting of grievances. As the Great Invocation says: May the forgetting of grievances, on the part of all men, be the tonic of this era. Please remember this, repeat it in their minds and visualize all the children returning to their parents' bosses, perhaps not to stay but to reconcile.
As revealed by the Tibetan Master, the Festival of the Sensitive Lord Sir Sirius is celebrated on the full moon of August. Remember that the influence of the radiation of the full Moon is 24 hours before and 24 hours later, where it is possible.
